The manufacturing industry has entered into a new digital era, which requires the construction of new smart factories, digital factories and smart workshops to help traditional industries upgrade their smart manufacturing, and the new generation of information technology to penetrate into all aspects of design, process, production and logistics. The purpose is to improve the innovation system, enhance product quality, implement green manufacturing, strengthen core competitiveness and develop modern customer experience. Taking the practice of constructing and operating Evergrande New Energy Automobile Smart Factory as an example, we conduct a study on the application examples of innovative integration of digital information technology and traditional manufacturing industry, and analyze the purpose of constructing digital factory, the overall design of digital factory, and the elements of digital factory construction path, in order to provide reference for the transformation and upgrading path of China's manufacturing industry.
