The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued a document to promote the intelligent manufacturing of ship assembly and the development of key ship standards
March 16, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology official website officially released the "2021 industrial and information technology standards work points" (referred to as work points). Work points put forward, vigorously promote the ship assembly intelligent manufacturing, intelligent ships, liquefied gas ships and other standards development; around product safety, ecological and environmental safety, network and data security, the safety of ships and other compulsory national standard system construction guidelines for industry and information technology; actively promote intelligent ships and other areas of the standard system construction guidelines.
The main points of the work proposed, based on manufacturing power, network power, quality power, the overall situation of the construction of digital China, to promote high-quality development as the theme, vigorously implement the standard upgrade action, strengthen the whole industry chain standard work to coordinate and promote the development of key and basic public welfare class standards, accelerate the review and revision of old and outdated standards, vigorously develop advanced group standards, and actively participate in global standardization activities to promote the industrial base Advanced, industry chain modernization, enhance the key industries and key links of independent controllability.
Work points include strengthening the overall promotion of the whole industry chain standard work, and do a good job in the development of basic and key areas of standards, optimize and enhance the supply structure and level of the standard system, continue to participate in global standardization activities, and actively promote the effective implementation of key standards, and vigorously create a good standard policy environment and other 6 aspects of a total of 20 points.
Work points clearly, the organization to develop and revise the service manufacturing power, network power, quality power, digital China construction of the required standards more than 1500, including key and basic public welfare standards more than 800; in more than 10 key areas to implement 100 group standard application demonstration projects; key areas of international standards conversion rate of 90%, encourage our enterprises and institutions to lead the development of more than 100 of international standard projects.
The main points of the work proposed to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries in urgent need of standard development, vigorously promote the ship assembly intelligent manufacturing, intelligent ships, liquefied gas ships, electric power equipment, petrochemical general equipment, heavy machinery, energy saving and environmental protection equipment, agricultural equipment, fertilizers, elderly supplies, steel logistics and other standards.
The main points of the work proposed the preparation of mandatory national standards system construction guidelines, based on the integration of mandatory standards streamlining work around product safety, ecological and environmental safety, network and data security, ships, aircraft, civil explosives and communications industry, such as the preparation of mandatory national standards system construction guidelines for industry and information technology. Actively promote the intelligent ships, Internet of Things basic security, 5G + industrial Internet, 5G + medical health, industrial Internet + safety production, block chain and other areas of the standard system construction guidelines.
