Ministry of Industry and Information Technology: China entered the advanced ranks of global intelligent manufacturing standard system construction
Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology held a press conference at the State Council Information Office to introduce the development of intelligent manufacturing in China during the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan".
During the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" period, China released 285 national standards for intelligent manufacturing, leading the development of 47 international standards, covering the entire process of enterprise production and manufacturing, China entered the advanced ranks of global intelligent manufacturing standard system construction. More than 600 smart factories with advanced level have been built, and the average productivity of smart manufacturing demonstration projects has increased by 44.9%, energy utilization rate has increased by 19.8%, operating cost has been reduced by 25.2%, product development cycle has been shortened by 35%, and defective products rate has been reduced by 35.5%. More than 30,000 new enterprises have been certified in the integration of two management systems, and refining, printing and dyeing, home appliances and other fields are close to the advanced foreign level. Industrial Internet network, platform, security of the three major systems of ramming the foundation and beam work is basically completed. Customized services, total life cycle management, total integration and general contracting, shared manufacturing, online monitoring and maintenance and other new models of service-oriented manufacturing continue to emerge, construction machinery, power equipment and other industries, the rapid development of service-oriented manufacturing business, industrial design, information technology, energy-saving services and other productive services gradually grow.
In February this year, the website of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology released the "Intelligent Manufacturing Development Index Report (2020)". The report shows that the maturity of the national manufacturing industry's intelligent manufacturing capability in 2020 has increased compared with 2019, with the number of low-maturity enterprises at level 1 and below decreasing by about 10%, and the number of high-maturity enterprises above level 3 increasing by about 8%. 75% of enterprises have started to deploy intelligent manufacturing, 14% are at maturity level 2, moving towards the digital stage, and 6% are at maturity level 3. Network characteristics are obvious, 5% of enterprises in the maturity level of four or more, the benchmark demonstration effect appears.
Overall, during the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" period, manufacturing enterprises are actively transforming to digitalization, networking and intellectualization, and the transformation of enterprise infrastructure, application of new-generation information technology and innovation of new models are effective, and the capability of intelligent manufacturing is significantly improved.
