Hunan Zhuzhou start intelligent manufacturing 3-year action plan

In order to help more Zhuzhou enterprises transform into digital intelligence and better serve the high-quality development of Zhuzhou's industrial economy, on May 25, Hunan Zhuzhou held an intelligent manufacturing promotion conference with the theme of "Focusing on Digital Empowerment and Creating Intelligent Manufacturing Heights" and released the "Zhuzhou City Three-Year Action Plan for Intelligent Manufacturing (2021- 2023)" as a "guide" for future smart manufacturing promotion actions. In the future, Zhuzhou City will carry out five major actions: intelligent transformation and upgrading of enterprises, promotion of intelligent manufacturing in key industries, improvement of basic capabilities, quality and efficiency of services, and deepening of exchanges and cooperation, and strive to accelerate the creation of a national intelligent manufacturing pioneer area in 2023.

Intelligent manufacturing: empowering enterprises and incubating new industries

With the "guide" of intelligent manufacturing to enhance action, there is a work direction. This year, Zhuzhou City officially launched the implementation of intelligent transformation "5423" project, that is, 3 years to build a total of 5,000 intelligent work stations, intelligent production line 400, intelligent workshop 200, intelligent factory 30.

This is a huge project. What are the opportunities and development for the enterprises in it?

In the three major power equipment manufacturing fields of rail transportation, aerospace and new energy vehicles, Zhuzhou City will encourage enterprises to enhance the application of new technologies such as 5G, artificial intelligence and digital twin, and carry out pilot demonstrations of new models such as off-site collaborative development, cloud manufacturing, flexible manufacturing, modular customization and intelligent operation and maintenance.

Strategic emerging industries, such as a new generation of information technology, new energy and energy conservation and environmental protection and other discrete manufacturing industries, enterprises can use the new generation of information technology to provide remote operation and maintenance, performance optimization, fault prediction and other value-added services. New materials, biotechnology and health, new functional glass and other process-oriented manufacturing industries, can strengthen the real-time data collection, equipment monitoring, fault diagnosis and other systems for integrated applications to achieve the full life cycle of the product traceability management.

Two traditional industries, ceramics and apparel, can also promote the application of industrial robots in high-intensity, high-precision jobs, and accelerate the promotion of cloud manufacturing, shared manufacturing, network precision marketing and other new models of development.

Small and medium-sized enterprises can not be absent. Zhuzhou City will create 10 industry-level intelligent manufacturing benchmark enterprises, and through the demonstration of benchmark enterprises, as well as the intelligent manufacturing system solutions and implementation experience output to small and medium-sized enterprises, comprehensively drive small and medium-sized enterprises to progress together.
